Alabama Hills in Lone Pine, CA is an amazing place. You can definitely see why so many movies are filmed there! What a fantastic and special place. The camp sites are first come first serve, free, and and have fire pits. They are also absolutely epic! Lone Pine also has some great little restaurants for breakfast. We went to Mt. Whitney Restaurant for breakfast in Lone Pine and it was great. Did I mention the views of Mt. Whitney? Amazing!
